Faced with a water leak, our client used the situation to ​enhance their kitchen's aesthetic and functionality. ​Retaining the original layout, we introduced strategic ​adjustments and bespoke cabinetry for a personalized ​touch. Undamaged family room cabinets received a fresh ​coat of paint, and the entertainment center underwent a ​redesign with custom-built floating shelves. This ​comprehensive update extended to flooring and lighting ​throughout the main living area. From conceptualization to ​execution, my role in design planning, budgeting, and ​project management ensured a seamless outcome. The goal ​was to enhance the property for resale, and shortly after ​listing, the house found a new owner.
